TAI KYO KU KEN (Japanese for Chinese Tai Chi Chuan or Taijiquan)

A form of Taoist Yoga, soft yet powerful alternative to what is known today as Hatha Yoga. Emphasis is to stimulate the flow of KI / Chi / energy and free up any blocked energy, meditation from the inside out.

Combining gentle postures, movement and longevity breathing techniques (meditation in movement), thereby activating and stimulating KI flow. Age unlimited. Come with a mind like that of an “empty cup” to be filled with vitality, peace and calm.

Instructor: Tenshin Takahashi, Sensei (Japanese for instructor)
