A conscious dance practice and mindfulness in motion.
Being Movement offers an experiential space for inquiry into who we are, using dance as way to experience, embody and express the essential self.
In class we slow down and ask: What is here in this moment? In my body? In my heart? In my mind?
And then: Can I be with what is here? Can I move with, and give expression to what is going on inside me through my dance?
Can I share what is moving in me with another person?
The dance and our embodied awareness allows us to begin to integrate our body, heart, mind and spirit, deepening our capacity to be present to our self and to others, bringing all that we are into the dance of life.
Practicing Being Movement can increase vitality and creativity as you will start to feel more connected to yourself, to others and to life itself.
