Focus yoga focuses on relieving stress and tension that may be caused by many factors due to our hectic lifestyle in the 21st century. It challenges practitioners to let go of the outside world and just be present, worrying only about the now. It allows them time to reconnect with and FOCUS on themselves. Class will be geared towards stretching and restoring while bringing awareness to the body with the foundation of Hatha yoga. Guided meditation in every session will help practitioners bring awareness back into their body while relaxing the mind, body, and spirit. Our body is our sanctuary, so we should treat it with love and respect.
