“Surrender is the key to a blissful journey and the journey is about living in the ‘now’ and not just while you’re in a yoga pose.”
She received certification from KYI, (Kundalini Yoga International) in 2013. She did her training with Meherbani and Guru Mantra at their home based studio here in San Diego. Currently, Kate is pursuing her 2 year certification as a Holistic Yoga Therapist at Soul of Yoga in Encinitas, CA…only 6 months to go!
