Sharon Wampler - Kundalini Yoga Teacher
Sharon L. Wampler, PhD
Sat Kriya Kaur
Trained as a biochemist and having worked professionally in both the biotechnology industry and in education at the university level, I developed a dedicated personal yoga practice in 2005. Prior to this time, I had dabbled in yoga, meditation, and qigong/tai chi for health purposes or stress reduction, but did not have a regular practice. Following several deaths in my family, major work stress and other life changes, I was lead to the path of Kundalini Yoga which has been a wondrous journey.
I have been involved in the Integrative Medicine community and cancer patient advocacy in San Diego for the past 12 years. Yoga has been a common thread throughout, providing healing to both myself and others. I am passionate about sharing these teachings with the community to reduce suffering and promote a life in which we can be Happy, Healthy and Holy.
